The holiday party was fun. Unfortunately I had not eaten enough during the day and didn't realize it until I stood up to leave the party. Empty stomach + two and a half glasses of wine = bad news.
The good portion of the bad news is I had the best five hours of sleep I've experienced in probably a month. And Hubby told me no one could tell I was tipsy. Either way I felt crappy and that's not something I like to do. Surprisingly this morning I felt no ill effects. I'll consider that my one get out of jail free/do not pass go/do not collect $200 card for the holiday season and pay much closer attention during the remainder of our holiday parties. Foolish, foolish girl.
