Ooo, the heat I took for not sharing a photo of Moose, our new dwarf hamster. I was trying to let him settle in already, doncha know. *Snort* not really, I was just too lazy to walk upstairs to YS's room with my camera.

He is so adorable. I bet he isn't even an inch and a half long. He is super fiesty too ... if you put your hand near him he boxes it with his little front feet. What a riot!
We have completed all the college shopping for Oldest Son. His stuff is spread from one end of the living room through to the other end of the kitchen. He must be bringing fourteen pairs of sneakers. I told him I didn't think his dorm room would be big enough for all this stuff plus his roommate, Ben's, stuff. Holy cow.
I asked him what he was going to do when I turned into a snotty, blubbering mess tomorrow. He looked straight at me with a confused look on his face and asked, "Why would you cry?" Hello, have you not seen me turn into a mushy mess at a sentimental commercial? Do you not know your mama at all?
I will do my best to not give into the tears until we drive away from the university. I do hate to cry in front of other people, especially Hubby.
I already packed my camera and two things of tissue in my purse. Now all I have to do is get rid of this burning lump in my throat.
